Hey guys!

Some time back now I started to add detailed technical descriptions to my images. It's nice for me to check them out when I go back to my images and some of you find them helpful as well.
As this started to become a lot of work to write, some years back my friend Erich Jarz [link] wrote a little tool for me to speed up this process. Since then I use it all the time and it saves me a lot of work.

There was a little issue with the size of the description text box and Erich was so kind to fix that for me today. I've updated the file on my server and you can download it from here ... PhotoInfo Tool

For those of you who haven't used the tool before you might want to check it out. To see what the result looks like, just click on one of my recent images and look at the text below it. The settings are configurable via XML for individual needs and the output can be adjusted via a text-file with placeholders - simple and flexible.

The tool is for Windows only.
