Along the Slope by AndreasResch Along the Slope by AndreasResch
Along the Slope

There weren't too many flower meadows up there, but this spot was really lovely and I liked the peak in the back. Although the image might look tilted, it's straight up - the mountain actually is a little tilted.

[EDIT] Cropped to 4x5.

Amazing sharp shot! Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* 35-70mm f/3.4, that go on a 40D?

I guess so ... it's connected via a Contax adapter. So you just have to get a Contax adapter for the 40D. It's a completely manual lens of course - manual focus and manual aperture.

Not too bad. Got my from Ebay for 380 Euros. That's quite reasonable for such a great lens.

I'll check them out, do they make anything in the 200mm range?

For that I would stick with the 70-200mm L lenses from Canon. They are awesome.
