Icy Cascades by AndreasResch Icy Cascades by AndreasResch
Icy Creek

I've been to this gorge so many times, but I've never been to this spot before. Today I've found the path that leads to this little cascade - in Winter without all the leaves it's just easier to see through the forest.
Temperatures are very low for a few days now and everything's going to turn into ice sooner or later within the next few days.

[EDIT] Added a little more blue to the snow.

This is gorgeous! I'm still trying to figure out how to get the water to look like that in my work.

It's a series of things ... right exposure, right shutter speed, Nik Viveza, Nik Color Efex (Tonal Contrast).
